Islandora is in use, but not yet complete or publically accessible.
There are a couple of matters in the Islandora community that need your feedback through a short survey:
The first Islandora conference took place in Charlottetown, PEI, back in August of 2015. It was a rousing success, so we're doing it again, this time in Hamilton, Ontario.
The Islandora Foundation, with Islandoracon host McMaster University, invites you to join us May 15 - 19 for sessions, workshops, and the best opportunity you'll get to meet up with your fellow islandora users and share your knowledge.
Registration is open, with Early Bird rates until January 31st.
Islandoracon is happening May 15 - 19 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Join the Islandoracon community for a week of sessions, workshops, and collaboration. Our Call for Proposals for sessions, posters, and post-conference events is being extended to January 13th, 2017.
While the schedule for Islandora Camps in 2017 will be limited so we can focus on the conference, we wanted to ensure that our European community will have an event close by, so we are very pleased to announce that June 13 - 15, 2017, Islandora Camp will be in the Netherlands, at Delft University of Technology.
The Islandora Foundation is pleased to announce the details of Canadian Islandora Camp for 2016: iCampBC2, taking place in Vancouver, BC from July 18 - 20 and sponsored by the British Columbia Electronic Library Network. Early Bird registration is open until May 15th. There will also be an opportunity to win a free registration by entering our logo contest and designing the camp t-shirt.
We are calling for proposals from potential attendees to present about their Islandora sites, community projects, or other topics of interest to the digital repository community and Islandora.
