The Islandora Foundation is very pelased to announce our first event of 2019: Islandora Camp Switzerland, taking place June 17 - 19 in Dübendorf, Switzlerand. We are partnering with Islandora Foundation member Lib4RI to hold the camp at Eawag. While we won't be anouncing the full schedule until some time next year, we expect to follow the usual camp schedule of:

We are now accepting proposals to present at Islandora Camp in San Diego, November 7 - 9, 2018. Sessions should be roughly 20 - 25 minutes and be related to Islandora or its community. We are accepting submissions until September 1st.
The last Islandora Camp of 2018 will be in sunny San Diego, CA from November 7 to 9, hosted by San Diego State University. Islandora Camp features:
One of the features of Islandora events is the t-shirt given to all attendees. Every camp has its own logo, and we want to give a free registration and an extra t-shirt to the iCampEU Limerick attendee who comes up with the best logo to represent the camp.

Just wanted everyone to know that Islandora's Technical Advisory Group had it's first meeting to discuss PHP 5.3.3 given that we have had problems with Travis around it recently. Fortunately, Travis has merged in changes to address the issue. Community member Jonathan Green deserves big thanks for filing it!
