Running Islandora
Once you have logged in there are a number of things you can do to try the features of Islandora. You can of course "look under the hood" to see how the system works and build your own Islandora repositories. This version of the Islandora VirtualBox demo has a fully-featured version of our Digital Repository system and a generic Fedora collection as examples.
After logging in, click the 'Islandora Downloadable VM' header or go to http://192.168.56.195/ to access the main Islandora Drupal page.

Click the "Digital Repository" link to see the user interface for Islandora's Digital Repository.

You can ingest a new object by clicking on a collection and clicking the "Add" tab at the top of the page. Follow the prompts and you will be able to choose a file and add metadata.

You can also use Fedora from the command line at any time with username: fedoraAdmin, password: islandora.
